Youth Work Camp
Take time to pray for our Youth Work-
camp team this July. They will be traveling to
Groton, CT to work on the homes of those
who need a lot of help and can’t afford to fix it
themselves. Please pray for the 50 youth and
their adult leaders who will spend a great sum-
mer event with them. May they all grow closer
to God as a result of this trip.
Read the Complete Bible
Prepare yourself for the real challenge of
the Read the Bible Through in 90 days, com-
ing up this fall. We will have sermons and Bi-
ble Study classes on the study to help you get
answers to the questions you might have as
you try to actually read the Bible all the way
through for yourself. A life-time dream for
you, right?
I’m reading a book called the Blue Canary
And it’s all about seeing the whole Bible as a
story about our relationship to God, simply
told by different people along the way. With
different story tellers, you will get different
perspectives, but it’s all about the main thing,
our relationship to God. God’s desire is to put
us back the way we should be, like when we
were in the Garden of Eden, enjoying our
walk with God, enjoying our community and
family, enjoying the world we were given. We
simply need to recover that sense of goodness
that was originally there. The Bible will show
us how God wants to put this all back to-
gether. Jesus is the perfect example of what it
should look like.
Blessings on you all this summer, I look
forward to finishing my recovery and being in
your midst again.

Let it be declared, announced and hereby celebrated ...
That all people everywhere are dependent upon one another.
That everyone needs everyone else for freedom, life, love and happiness.
That all things in the natural order are dependent upon everything else.
That our little planet and all the planets and stars in the solar systems are
in a state of mutual dependence upon one another.
That this universally shared dependence comes from God and is of God.
And that each individual part of this relationship has its own part to play - its own
