Austin – still not sure why the fever, it comes and goes and no doctor can tell why (son of
Teacher at Emma Danaher’s School)
Betty Leach – shoulder pain (Judy Danaher’s mother)
Bonnie Battersby – beginning chemo for liver cancer (Mark Kohorst’s sister)
Bob Danaher – is recovery from shoulder surgery well(Judy Danaher’s father-in-law)
Ruth DeShazor – still in hard cast, will see the doctor on Thursday.
Fred Golla – has prostate cancer (Marcy McAdoo’s brother-in-law)
Marissa Griffith – doing a little better. Was at Johns Hopkins last week again (Ruth
DeShazor’s great- granddaughter)
Shirley Haney – recuperating from a broken hip
Dick Hott – recuperating from double bypass & aortic valve replacement surgery on June 15th
Ronnie Howard – hospitalized, tests being performed (Christine Knisley & Jessica Fonseca’s
great-uncle)
Phyllis Iglehart – is at home and receiving therapy at home (John & Bea Iglehart and
Enver & Ellie Park’s sister-in-law)
Pastor Jeff & Elaine Jones – for his upcoming kidney surgery, July 6th and for Elaine for all she
is going through too
Ronald Lewis – not doing well. Cancer has spread (Iris Lewis’ brother)
Lindsa MacDonald – undergoing chemo (wife of a co-worker of Ed Herbert)
Linda Miller – going through medical and personal issues (Judy Danaher’s cousin)
Nic Monterastelly – going to duke every two weeks for treatment (friend of Bella Gerwin)
Edna Musgrove – fell and broke her hip is in rehab in Berlin, MD
Peggy Bowie Bruffey Peer – has cancer and it doesn’t look good. (Heather Heaps’
grandmother)
Linda Stewardson – undergoing chemo, having a difficult time with chemo (friend of
Barbara Bergere’s daughter)
Marilyn Swanson – doing OK. Will see Dr. again the middle of June.
Onna Thorton – is improving. She has the cast off and is now going for physical therapy
(Marcy McAdoo’s mother)
Carol Jean Weber – doing better, still in therapy.
Pat Whisant – will have cancer surgery this month (friend of Susie Cramer)
In Iraq – Shane Smith (Karen Green Smith’s husband), Jason Bosworth (Jacque Miller’s
nephew’s stepson); Ed Keller (Barbara Straughan’s nephew) & Brandon Stewart (Elaine
Stewart’s grandson) – in Afghanistan

prayer concerns, updates, or requests. When you ask for prayer for someone other than
yourself we assume you are doing so with their permission. It is also requested that
updates and/or changes to those currently on the prayer list be shared weekly.
